Our cost models for this service are simple and transparent and provide excellent value. You can opt for either our

• Ad-hoc Support Service. We'll respond to your needs as and when required, in return for either an agreed hourly rate or an agreed fixed price.

or our

·         Retained Service. We'll reach a service level agreement with you to provide for all your HR Management/Advice needs. This will be covered by an agreed retainer based on an appropriate number of support hours each month. To ensure you don't waste a penny of this fee, for every hour covered by the SLA when we are not responding directly to your requirements, we will undertake an ongoing review of any or all of your HR policies, procedures and processes and recommend appropriate business focussed solutions. This means that unlike most "retainer" arrangements, we will be working for every £ you pay us in fees.
