Overview: A Payroll Professional with a high degree of experience in change management. Bill's career has covered all aspects of the payroll industry, including payroll manager with two major corporates, implementation consultant with one of the UK’s largest computer bureau and for the past seven years as a self-employed consultant.  

As a Payroll Consultant his work has covered payroll management, system evaluations and scoping exercises. His main assignments have been as Project Manager with responsibility for the transfer, integration or implementation of new HR/Payroll systems.
